Can I return purchased products under any circumstances?
We accept cancellations up to 7 days from the receipt of goods and you can return the goods up to 14 days following the cancellation. All goods must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Who pays for the return of the products?
The cost for the return is carried by the customer.
When do I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund as soon as we have received the goods and checked the condition of the goods. We will then immediately issue a refund on your credit card.
Do I receive a full refund?
Yes, you will be refunded the full amount paid to us by yourself. If however you have requested a special delivery, the charges we might have paid for this will not be refunded.
